Step 1: Visit the Official Portal

Go to the official Annapurna Yojana portal at socialsecurity.wb.gov.in. The portal went live on 1 June 2026 for new applicants.

Step 2: Register or Login

  • New users: Click on “Register” and enter your Aadhaar number and registered mobile number. You will receive an OTP for verification.
  • Existing Lakshmir Bhandar users: Log in using your existing credentials.

Step 3: Fill the Application Form

Complete the online application form with:

  • Personal details (name, date of birth, age, gender)
  • Address (permanent and correspondence)
  • Aadhaar number
  • Bank account details (account number, IFSC code, bank name)
